At first I felt doubted on whether my teamwork did the work or not. I thought I am going do the assignment myself. “Trust is knowing that when a team member does push you, they're doing it because they care about the team.” (Lencioni,n.d.) and many studies said that “Remember teamwork begins by building trust. And the only way to do that is to overcome our need for invulnerability.” (Lencioni,n.d.)
Management Science Assignment I
I started to trust my group members that they will do well. To my dismay, they sent their part of the essay earlier than I was expected. I think this is a good assignment as it enables the student to apply we have learned in the assignment as well as letting the students to develop certain skills like teamwork skill. It is a different way to increase our understanding on the concepts as through hotel visit in Melia KL, we can able to analysis the real environment our own which will deepen our understanding on the management. Hence, I think this assignment should be continued for other students to enjoy the experience.
