Professional Practice 1 subject is definitely an essential subject as it allows me to understand qualifications (academic and professional) required of a Quanity Surveyor, its professional institution and Board and to describe the duties of a Quantity Surveyor.
For the individual assignment itself, we are required to propose the suitable procurement, tendering and contractual arrangement to the client who is unfamiliar with the construction industry.
In order to have a better understanding, I have searched the data through internet as well as from the library, thus compiling all the information as a whole. Albeit contradicting explaination exists in some books, however, it allows me to digest all the information and interpret its accurancy.
