At
first, I doesn’t aware that Building Service 1 requires a lot of
study. I got a bad performance during my Assignment test. It makes me thinks
this subject requires a life-long process.
We have to constantly study the building material in our
whole life. “The excitement of learning separates youth from old age. As long
as you’re learning you’re not old” (Yalow, n.d.). Furthermore, many studies
demonstrated that “Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner
everywhere.” (Chinese Proverb, n.d.)
As I read more on Building Service 1, I realized that not
only constantly study, we have to apply it in our daily life. In the future, I
suggest that a research project on building material should be done as learning
never stop.

Service 1 Assignment I
It
is enjoyable and my pleasure that I have such an opportunity to join the group
with Creme de la Creme. In actuality, I do not have much conflict and
misunderstanding with the group members. Everything is just running smoothly
without any friction. To my astonishment, besides that they are outstanding
students; some of them are quite talented in producing and editing video.
Furthermore, this assignment is designed perfectly because it does not only
test the students’ understanding on the energy efficiency of hotel but also
requires a video presentation in a creative way. I sincerely hope that I can
have such similar assignment in my consecutive study years. Cheers.
